I met Boaz back when he was brewing for Colgan's in Mouans Sartoux. Today, Bo is the head - and only - brewer at Brewbo, a small scale custom craft brewing company. Bo brews personalised beers served in personalised labeled bottles for "discerning clients who wish to set themselves or their event apart from the crowd".

From the very beginning of my craft beer journey I have been on the hunt for a very salty Gose.

Bo's salt lager is reminiscent of the sea, yet surprisingly refreshing and kept me longing for another sip before I had even swallowed my first one. Thanks to the Seventeen Seas I have finally found my salty beer, and it wasn't even a gose !

...and at 4.1%, I could have easily emptied a couple more bottles.
